Divine Office is the official, formal prayer composed by the Church to pray throughout the day¹. Night Prayer is the office² prayed right before going to bed.
The prayers are very accessible and can be said in 10 to 15 minutes. I use Night Prayer from the Catholic Book Publishing Corp. but there are videos on YouTube like this one from Father Andrew Walsh. You can also listen to the monks at St. Joseph’s Abbey in Spencer, MA.
“Visit this house, we beseech you,
O Lord, and drive far from it
all snares of the enemy;
Let your holy angels dwell herein,
to keep us in peace:
and let your blessing
be always upon us.”

²With a lowercase letter, it refers to a particular part of the entire Office.
