These robots are all purpose and generally purchased by governments for heavy administrative duties (i.e. ship/craft registration services). These robots can provide 150+ years of service with proper care and maintenance. Some of the early versions included the controversial EMO_VMA chip developed by Dr. H.E. Pennypacker.

E Class Factoid: A popular modification allowed hackers to alter the voice modulation control units so that the robots spoke fluent Patrick Stewart and/or Gene Hackman.
